4* Paragon Hotel Seminyak/ Kuta Sea View Boutique Resort or Similar type based on availability at the time of booking and cab will be the Toyota Xpander due to operational procedure our cabs will be operating only as per itinerary which will be limited to 9 hours per day from the time of pickup extra time and additional location will lead us additional cost.

Booking: On confirmation of booking, your contract is with M/s AVARIS TOURISM & DEVELOPMENT PVT LTD. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Payment: For the services contracted, you must pay M/s AVARIS TOURISM & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost. The deposit confirms the booking.

Balance Payment: The balance payment is due 20 days before the start of services. A booking made within 20 working days of the service date would be considered a late booking, and full and final payment is required at the time of booking.

Note: Apart from the above, for bookings for special train journeys, hotels, or resorts during the peak season (Xmas, New Year, Diwali, etc.), full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Even after making the 50% advance to confirm your bookings, you may be required to pay an additional advance before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor/supplier’s payment deadline and when applicable.

The Private cab during your trip will be functioning as per itinerary only. Will not be exceed more than 9 hours from the time of trip starts.
Currency conversion, forex charges, taxes will not be included at
package.
